Project Spotlights
-
We worked with Rimi Baltic to develop a wellbeing strategy for their 15,000 staff across their 300 stores, head offices and e-commerce network spanning over 3 countries. We analysed their wellbeing needs through surveys and focus groups, as well as using their existing wellbeing data, to develop a bespoke wellbeing strategy for the whole company, with localised tailoring over each country and across their 7 departments. The action plan is currently being implemented with our support.

We work with the NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care System - a partnership of organisations and councils whose 170,000 staff provide healthcare across 13 local authority areas, 11 NHS Foundation Trusts and 64 Primary Care Networks. We have run over 50 workshops across different areas of wellbeing, from Manager and Wellbeing Champion training, to providing practical tips and tools to support staff to manage wellbeing areas such as mental health, physical activity and MSK. We are pleased to have 100% of feedback respondents say that they would recommend these sessions to others.

Working with Intertrust Group across their America, EMEA and Asia Pacific staff, spanning over 30 countries, we have trained up multiple cohorts of Wellbeing Champions, taking into account local differences, and provided regular facilitated follow-on support to ensure the champions are given the tools and skills to proactively and reactively support their peers’ wellbeing and working collaboratively with their HR departments. It is great to see measurable improvements in employee wellbeing across the board through different metrics including eNPS scores.

We worked with UKRI Innovate UK’s Young Innovators - a network of over 90 young entrepreneurs who are all trying to change the world through businesses with big environmental, societal and economic ambitions. We supported them to learn how to create best practice wellbeing strategies within their small and growing startups to ensure they started as they wish to go on - so the founders can support the unique wellbeing needs of their teams, while also supporting their own wellbeing as leaders.
